MM 3.5 says "Noble djinn are as strong as efreet (see below), with 10 Hit Dice" (MM p.115). What gives? Does that just mean they have 10HD instead of 7 and the same strength score as efreet? This is not only ambiguous, but pretty annoying because just the 10 HD causes other changes. For instance, going from 7 to 10 HD, a monster gets more skill points, an increase in one ability score, and an extra feat. Why couldn't they just provide a stat block for the Noble Djinn?
