Non-Deity 3.5 stats for Vecna

I asked this same question over on the Wizards boards, too. The answer I got there was that the closest I was going to get was the Aspect of Vecna in the Miniatures Handbook.

I haven't seen one since 3.0 was released.

The easiest thing to do might be to take a look at Deities and Demigods to see what level of Wizard they give him, and just use that plus the Lich template.

IIRC, an interesting V3.5 Vecna build (avatars plus god stats) can be found on the DiceFreaks bulletin board, but I recall that it was very high-powered, as are most stats on the DiceFreaks board. Still, I've found it easier to tone down V3.5 stat blocks as opposed to trying to convert a V2.0 to V3.5.
