[QUOTE="digitaldark, post: 472056, member: 7223"] First off, to just say that placing restrictions is a reflection of lack of ability on the DM's end is BS...Wallshot is a very competent DM and he HAS run a campaign with both evil and good characters! I know because I played one of the evil characters in his last campaign..and it was a very very good campaign!! The main reasoning in the restriction in this campaign is that the majority of the gamers in this next one are newbies who are just learning to the game and They cannot play an evil character well...yet! Besides...none of us care...because we enjoy his campaigns and he has proven himself as a DM to us...so we know the restrictions are there for a purpose...and that purpose is bring us a new fresh campaign with a well thought out plot and story that would not work without them... anywayz...I don't believe in non-evil assassin characters (as far as the PrC is concerned....Monte Cook is one of my favorite rpg authors and I tend to agree with him that they should be evil characters....what an assassin does is murder...in the terms of dnd murder is considered an evil act...
