Non-magic Ranger/Paladin From WotC?

I could swear that in a fairly recent (3.5+) WotC product I saw a semi-official set of "non magic" variants for the Ranger and the Paladin, but now I can't find them anywhere. I thought they were in Dragon #310, but no dice.

Anybody know where they've gone off to?

Complete warrior...........

I don't think that was it, 'cause I don't have that. Unless I spotted them while flipping through it on the shelf. Hmm.

Thanks for the tip! I'll go see.

Complete Warrior has non-spellcasting Ranger and Paladin variants.

What is the change? Is it as simple as "Rangers/Paladins lose the spell ability and gain and extra feat every 5 levels" or something like that?

Instead of spells they get some class abilities. Don't have the book with me at the moment, but I remember the Paladin gets a Bless Weapon special ability.

Page 13 of the Complete Warrior.

In exchange for giving up spells, they gain special abilities at 6th, 11th, 13th and 16th level. The ranger gets fast movement, for example. Nothing really overpowering.

I'm playing the non-spell casting ranger in a homebrew game, but I haven't gained any of the special abilities yet.
