Something to consider.
The frost giants that have taken over the eastern corner of Falinus (Eastern Upper Thoradur) now occupy the land just west of the Kivik River (the river that dumps out at Lorindar) and everything east. That includes all along the north bank of the Oderfen River.
What that means is that the frost giants control the land only a few miles from Tillich. Across the river, but only a few miles away. It doesn't mean there are any frost giants in that area right now... if there isn't a settlement you probably won't find them at this point. But it is under Frost Giant control.
