NPC generators?

I'm getting ready to start a new game (D&D 3.5), and need a good NPC generator. I've been playing with PCgen, but it is painfully slow. I don't need to specify every detail, I want it to do the work for me! Ideally, what I'd like is to be able to punch in race, class, and level, and have it spit out a complete character. Then, I want to be able to tweak things here and there, most likely skills, feats, weapons, and armor.

Most of the tools I'm finding are like PCgen in that you have to punch in all the details. The closest I've found to what I'm actually looking for is from Jamis Buck: http://www.aarg.net/~minam/npc2.cgi

This is almost what I need, except for two problems. One, it doesn't allow you to tweak after the character is created. Two, it doesn't give any equipment. Really, for equipment all I need is to be able to punch in a weapon (or two) and armor. Anyway, what I'm having to do now is take the output of this site, cut and past to a Word document, and manually tweak it.

Anyone know of a good tool? I don't mind paying for it if I have to. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Andargor converted Jamis Buck's NPC Generator to 3.5. I use that to generate the NPC, then I export it to PCGen 5.6 and equip it as necessary. Total time to create the NPC less than 5 minutes. I print the NPC from PCGen.

There are some feats that don't convert properly, due to different spellings. This is not a big problem, considering the advantage of creating an NPC in such a short period of time.

Look at this http://www.enworld.org/forums/showthread.php?t=70190 for the original discussion on the development of the 3.5 conversion
