NPCs/monsters archive or book?

Hi all,

Just wondering if there is any free (or non-free) archives of pregen NPCs and modded monsters (i.e. advanced monsters, templeted monsters, monsters with class levels) out there?

I'm finding as a DM I'm having increasingly less time to create these kind of encounters, so any resources would be good.

So far the only one I know of is the NPC Wiki.

There is also DM Tools, which advertises as a "stat block archive." I've only used either of these a couple of times each, but I think they're roughly comparable.

For the basic NPCs in a campaign, I'd highly recommend "Everyone Else":

Everyone else is an excellent resource for the time-strapped GM. There is a wide variety of stat blocks with appropriate skills/feats/iirc equipment for a multitude of NPC roles.
