In a fan-created conversion document I downloaded somewhere I have a reference to a game effect 'numbing'. Is that or was that a game term in 3.0 or 3.5? I looked in the 3.5 DMG under conditions and couldn't find it.
The document I am referring to notes that 'numbing' apparently results in a character being flatfooted for one round.
