number of utility powers at 30?

Howdy folks,

Been checkin out the 4e characters that people have been posting and I have I question.

How many utility powers does the printed book say you get at level 30?

I ask because between the different level 30's I've seen posted here, some have 7 utility powers (5 from the class, 1 from the paragon path, 1 from the epic destiny), and others have 5 utility powers (3 from the class, 1 from the paragon path, 1 from the epic destiny).

Note, I am well aware of what is stated on page 29 of a certain document floating around the internet. I'm asking specifically for what the actual printed books state.

7 unless you are a wizard in which case.. 14.. you get 2 daily and utility instead of the normal 1 at each level.

If 7 is the correct number, wouldn't the wizard get 12 to choose from? (2x5 from class, 1 from paragon path, 1 from epic destiny)?

And if you took the expanded spellbook feat, 17 (3x5 from class, 1 from paragon path, 1 from epic destiny)?

As long as you're given an Daily/Utility from leveling up, and as long as it's a "spell" you get two of them.

This will probably be clarified to only apply to Wizard Spells, so that a multiclass Wizard doesn't get to select two Warlock spells (or perhaps not).
