I know that the major arguement is the effective reduction in cost to higher level characters, but so what. A wand of magic missles doesn't decrease in cost just because a 14th level wizard has more money than a 3rd level wizard. The powers gained from PrRs are static so it is not like higher level characters are going to benefit more; in fact they benefit less because they will have access to magic that can replicate the powers at a reduced or no EXP cost.For those who have read WW, what are your thoughts on the subject?</blockquote>
