On November 1st I plan to run a one-shot Call of Cthulhu game for Halloween (most of our players are busy Halloween night due to kids and family). Anyway, the PCs will be playing CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) personnel investigating an unknown disease in a tiny, mostly Inuit, hamlet in Alaska. As an interesting pre-game handout I mailed the case file to the players ;). Additionally I'm not even explaining in the parcel that it's game related, but my players are pretty fast and will catch on, hopefuly ;) (it does have my return address, so I'm sure its not too subtle). Anyway I ended up creating a fairly detailed and realistic looking handout (I love using my graphic design skills for Evil ;)). The players only need to read 4 pages and those are fairly light. The other information is just gravy, but it does contain a few hints. I'm including pics for your amusement. Here's the cover: http://www.ralloszek.net/uploads//32750-Cover.jpg Inside part 1: http://www.ralloszek.net/uploads//32751-Inside1.jpg Inside part 2: http://www.ralloszek.net/uploads//32752-Inside2.jpg
