I'm a big fan of Soulknives and allowing two-weapon fighting doesn't seem too powerful. (I'm a fan except for Sever Life which seems a wee bit overpowered.) I played a PsyWar 10/Soulknife 10 in a one-shot adventure and intentionally never used Sever Life. The character's build is below.
