His will lashes out, but vanishes into the emptiness that surrounds its mind. <span style="color: sandybrown">Rolls 10 + 2 = 12, the horse made it's save.</span></p><p></p><p>Adren draws his sword with a flourish, and swings two-handed with the flat of his blade. <span style="color: sandybrown">Rolls 13 + 3 - 4 = 12.</span> His blow narrowly misses the horse as it jinks out of the way.</p><p></p><p>The horse with fangs turns to face Kerrick, jumping forwards with its teeth bared. Kerrick easily ducks under its clumsy attack.</p><p></p><p>The other horse's eyes begin to glow again. Taking advantage of this, Aiden, Kerrick and Gholog all take the opportunity presented as the horse concentrates on it power. Aiden swings again, <span style="color: sandybrown">(rolls 16 + 2 - 4 = 14)</span>, this making contact! It smacks into the horse's shoulder, and the horse shies away from him <span style="color: sandybrown">(deals 3 points of subdual damage)</span>, the glow fading from its eyes. However, this movement causes Adren's blow to go wide of its mark <span style="color: sandybrown">(rolls 7 + 3 - 4 = 6)</span>. Gholog lunges forwards with his glave, but his attack also misses, scoring a line along the ground to the right of the horse <span style="color: sandybrown">(rolls 2 + 5 = 7)</span>.</p><p></p><p>Undeterred by this, Gholog brings the glave back up, but to his frustration it again just goes past the horse <span style="color: sandybrown">(rolls 6 + 5 = 11)</span>.</p><p></p><p>"Ha! You two-legs are pathetic! We will kill you all!" says the voice in your heads.
