This judge is vague in appearance. That is, upon immediate sight, his/her/its features cannot be discerned even in direct light. Later, fighters and spectators will disagree on the features of the judge, some saying it was 7' tall, others saying 5', and so on. It always appears from thin air, and no sign of from where or how it comes is ever revealed, even should one be looking directly at the spot in which it appears. It is rarely exciteable and generally speaks slowly and ponderously, as if time holds no meaning.
