I am sure that he'll help you with questions when he has the time (he has helped a lot of people with various d20/OGC issues in the past). At the same time, I don't think he is going to go out of the way searching message boards to find and email you to hear your questions ...

Give him time to respond, he is a full-time lawyer in private practice so sometimes he can't jump on things immediately.
