For example, my 2001 copy of the Book of Beasts (Eden Publishing) is really stingy with their OC... and my 2005(?) copy of Tome of Horrors II is really generous with OC, and all that's happened to them is they got a bit of free advertising with the Screaming Skull PnM. No one made a cheap version of ToHII so they could capitalise on Greene's hard work, because ultimately it's easier to churn out your old stuff.</blockquote>
