OGL/d20 Boardgame?

I was looking over my copy of the Legend of Drizzt and I got to wondering if anyone has attempted to make a game along the lines of the 4E D&D boardgames (Castle Ravenloft, Wrath of Ashadarlon, Legend of Drizzt), except using the OGL to put together the rule set?

And, if not, would this be something that would interest you? How would you go about doing it, if you could? What would you do the same, and what would you do differently?

I'd say that the recent D&D boardgames have about as much to do with 4e and they do with 3e. Which is to say, not very much. Borrows themes and window dressing, and that's about it.
