OGL Section 15 Question

Quick question about the OGL (for a campaign website, not a publication, but I'd still like to do it right.) If I'm reading the language right, I have to include the entire section 15, even if I'm not referencing all the material, right?

For example, say I want to use an alternate core class out of FFG's Path of the Sword (which I do, actually, but this is only one example.) In the section 15 of that book, it references some Natural20 stuff, as well as one or two of their other books, from which they borrowed feats and other rules. But none of those rules would be included in the sections I'd want to include. Do I still have to include them in my Section 15 anyway?

As I understand it, I do -- and it'd certainly be safe to do so, but at the same time, it'd get pretty cumbersome if I borrowed a lot of stuff from a lot of locations.

I can't wait until the ePublishing Guide that is specific to d20 comes out. I have plenty to learn.

Anyone have any idea when it might be released? I looked all over the Publisher's forum.
