He thought that he could help it, but the bear thought otherwise and Mugihjia was severly wounded. Mugihja people called on the forest druid to help them. Now the Ogres and the druid were not the greatest of friends, but the ogres kept men from the forests, and that was a good thing as far as the druid was concerned. But he did have a price - the young ogre. Mugihjia had to join the druid once he was well enough to make the trip. For the Mugihjia's trips into the forest, and the story of how he had been wounded had reached the druids ears, and he knew that the young ogre was different.So Mugihjai went to the druid, where lived and worked. Badger and Bear  (not the bear, though the two did later cross paths) Treant and Mr Troll became his teachers and companions. He learnt the ways of the forest. He learnt to track. He learnt to heal. And he learnt to fight to protect it all.OK. The question is this. Druid or ranger? I was initially thinking Druid (it would be a bit more combat nerfed that way, and so not as intimidating for the DM to consider putting in the game). I do like the class, and the animal companion at 1st (badger I think). But the background seemed to suggest a ranger. If so, what you take as your favoured enemy - humans? And would you go TWF or Archer when it comes up?Cheers.</blockquote>
