Where can I find a good pictures of an ogrillon?
Why did they make the ogrillons sport at least a few visible bony protrusions or spurs on their bodies instead of being covered with small horn plates like in 2ed? I like the 2ed version better (i like races with horn plates or bony plates).

Is there any way i could make a good humanoid/or monster humaoid pc race with horn plate or bony plates like the 2ed ogrillon?

TBH I've had a hard time reconciling the mental imagery of what those bony plate really aught to look like.

Give it one level in Fighter and use the Dragonscale Husk ACF in Dragon Magic or Races of the dragon, which by default is a set of scales, but which could easily be refluffed as horn or bone plates.
