Oh treasure of treasures

First Post
I just managed to get a bunch of copies of several old 1st edition DnD modules, mainly Keep on the Borderlands, Lost Caverns of Tsojanth (probably spelled that wrong), Tomb of Horrors, The Village of Hommlet, and the old Against the Giants series. I was wondering if there are any 3rd edition conversions for these modules online (and if the conversions are any good). I'd love to run them at some point (especially Keep), but I know exactly jack about the rules in 1st edition.

I might also be able to get my hands on copies of Queen of the Demonweb Pits (Lloth has 66 hp! :p ), Vault of the Drow, Descent into the Unknown, Shrine of the Kuo-Toa, plus a bunch of other modules I can't remember.

Also, I'd love to hear of any stories anyone has of running these old modules under 3E.

Re: Keep on the Borderlands

Right before 3e came out, my group did a lot of complaining. I thought they were being silly and I liked what changes I knew about. In order to kick them into 3e, I put them through a game of 1e D&D through Keep on the Borderlands strictly according to the rules. Attributes were 3d6 rolled in order, you rolled for your first level hit points, etc. The cleric had 2hp and the fighter had 5. It was bad. I knew it was going to be a bloodbath, so I let them use whatever in-game knowledge they could remember from the last time they played (10+ years prior in most cases).

So one guy (the theif) drinks a potion of invisibility that they found in a keg or chest or whatever and -- from memory -- navigates orc cave C through the secret door to where a sizeable pile of treasure was! It was one of my top ten most memorable moments in gaming. He remembered how many orcs were in each room and what direction each door faced.

After he stole an amazing ammount of loot from the orcs and the entire group was stunned, his wife turned to him and said, "You can remember this dungeon from high school, but you can't remember to take the trash out on Tuesday?!?!?!?"

... he had a lot of explaining to do on that one.
