Proving I'm a tool for anything with a D&D logo, I picked up a new set of Dungeons & Dragons Dice.
These are the same dice that came with the D&D adventure game (orange d20, yellow d12, green d10, blue d8, red d6, black d4) with the addition of a purple d00, and three more red d6's, for a total of four. Dice are high-impact plastic, but not as high quality as the dice manufactureres like Chessex produce. Test rolls indicate sufficient randomness, though the d20 lacks the DM Ultra-Death (tm) quality of the white d20s in the minis starter set (my players quake when I roll to hit with those d20s, since they have a record number of crits).
The set includes a small embroidered dice bag with the D&D logo. Very small, in fact -- it might hold two, or at the most three, sets of dice. The drawstring is too short an improperly constructed on mine -- it's only one-sided rather than two-sided -- so you can't actually pull the drawstring and keep the bag closed.
At $10 it's probably an easy way for someone getting into the game to get a full set of dice and bag to start. Die hards will prefer higher quality dice and Gamer's Bag bags. Real dice fanatics will probably buy these anyway, though, 'cause you can never have too many dice.

I just tossed mine into the dice bag and never use them in a game.
