That being said, it is Lowapa's policy to typically not allow people to carry guns around unless you work for him, so the fact that you have some standard equipment might also be a factor. No guns or armaments are sold by Lowapa, and most guns and other weapons are typically confiscated by his henchmen.</p><p></p><p>[As an additional reminder, Lowapa suggested that Dekt's primary hang out is a neutral fighting arena called The Pit, and it is there that many of Dekt's lieutenants will also come and enjoy in the fighting.
