Omniscient Projects recently lost one of it's co-developers, and with it, it's core web designer, so now we're seeking your help. Omniscient Projects is looking for a competent web designer to oversee and maintain our website at www.omniscientprojects.com. On top of initial design ideas, work consists manly of maintaing the site with current news, press releases, previews, web enhancments, and release schedules. The job would allow for much creative freedom within the actual design, as well as potential branching into actual developmental work on the game lines themselves (we're always looking for new ideas and fresh looks at old things). The domain name and web space is all paid for by the company itself and all problems dealing with the server and providers are handled by us, you only need to worry about design. Now for the bad news, we're a small (read: 3 employees), independent, in-house operation doing this more for the fun of having our worlds published instead of making a profit. Everything is just being paid for by the team's creator and developer and any dollar made goes right back into the company itself. That being said, we can only offer a small form of payment for any services rendered, that being free books from our line. Every employee for Omniscient Projects receives two copies of every book we put out with the option to buy more at highly reduced price. So, while nothing monetary comes out of it, if you want a free d20 campaign setting, you've come to the right place. And, as stated earlier, you may even play a part in developing the world itself. Location is not a problem, Our Art Director is from Western Canada and our Developer hails from a small town outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A good grasp on English for ease of communication is all we ask for. Still interested? If so, drop us a line at omniscientprojects@hotmail.com with any other questions you might have, as well letting us know your experience in web design. If you have any previous work you could send as examples of your work, that would be a huge plus. We'll continue to take requests for the position until we post on this forum that it has been filled, so don't think it's too late to give it a shot. Thanks for taking the time to read this ~Matthew Kane Developer & Creator of Omniscient Projects and Dystopia
