I can just make it up of course, but I would like to see if there is anything already out in the market that might help me out in this effort.</p><p></p><p>Here is why I ask:</p><p>The human village of Kleine (Population 500) is located at the northern end of the Thunder Rift Valley on the edges of a lake in a fertile temperate plain, and connected by a road to the Dwarven settlement of Hearth-Home and to the human large town of Melinir by river. It is a village that is seeing a boom in population growth due to its prosperity (rich farmlands and large animal herds, bountiful fish from the lake, trade from the dwarves and humans..), a growing treasury, and a mayor determined to put his village on the map (to speak). In order to accomplish this he struck a deal with the dwarves in which the village would provide the dwarves with food (grains and animals) and trade goods at a discount, in return for dwarven military trainers, advisors, and engineers.</p><p></p><p>Now this is where the PCs come in (x8 1st level PCs) as they are going to be hired by the mayor to clear the surrounding areas of hostile enemies, make detailed survey of the lands, and eliminate any threats to the village. Once they do so, the village will begin a mayor infrastructure expansion. Plans will be made to expand the village into a fortified small town, a new stone wall will be built to protect it, new businesses will be constructed, new housing and trade/production facilities will be built, and two border forts/keeps will be built to defend the western road and the future production facilities (lumber yards, mines, quarries) in the hills to the east.</p><p></p><p>Each of those new structures will take time, resources and labor to build, and as I GM I would like to have a general idea of how much of each of those things each structure/facilities will take to build, so I can create a calendar or timeline as to when they will be built, and challenges for the PCs to face while they are undergoing construction (such as goblins, kobolds and hobgoblins actively fighting to avoid the humans expanding into their territory). This will be the focus of the next few adventures, so I want to create a sense that things take time and effort to build in the game world and the effort required.
