You're not fighting Od-Shibhu at level 1, you're only fighting against a few tendrils of power slipped into this reality... and they're CR 1/4 or something.And over the course of the campaign you're -actually- killing this thing, Piecemeal, one tiny bit at a time, working up to level 15-18 when you fight the whole monster all in one battle... but he's still got the wounds you inflicted at level 1 and every level in-between.... that would be cool.</blockquote>
