[QUOTE="Angelsboi, post: 274925, member: 1219"] With Spells and Spellcraft, you can now officially make Magitek Armor [See below]. With Urban Blight, we can all finally do the Dragoon PrC because they have a feat that allows you to impale people (jumping then attacking? I think so!) First you need Magitek Pilot. I think the Star Wars Pilot skill would be great for this and of course, its cross class for ALL classes. 2nd, using Spells and Spellcraft from Fantasy Flight Games, i have recreated Terra's Magitek Armor. Magitek Price: We’ll be using straight up iron for this experiment. Now according to this, we need a HUGE construct (something for a medium sized to fit into). We have this table. Huge 800 gp – Base Cost 160 gp – Per Hardness Point Iron Hardness: 10 Hit points: 30/per inch of thickness. We’ll say its 3 inches thick so it has 90 HP Well now the cost is: Huge 800 gp – Base Cost 160 gp x 10 = 1600 gp – Per Hardness Point The Book says Constructs gain +1 natural Armor for every 2 points of hardness. So it has a Natural AC of +5. The Book also says that Constructs have a maximum strength bonus to damage equal to their hardness of the base material. This would be 10. So our construct looks like this now: Magitek Armor Huge Construct HD 8d10 (90) Inititive: -2 Dex Spd: 20 ft AC: 11 (-2 Size, -2 Dex, +5 natural) Attacks: Slam +15 Damage: 2d6+16 Face/Reach: 10 ft x 20 ft/10ft or 10 ft x 10ft/15 ft Special Attacks: None Special Qualities: Construct Saves: Fort: +2, Ref: +1, Will: -3 Abilitites: Str: 32, Dex: 6, Con: -, Int: -, Wis: 1, Cha: 1 Hrm. We need to make this a bit better don’t you think? There is a section called ‘Framework Enchantments’ that ill be using (Really, go buy this book. Its worth it!!). We need to increase the Dex for AC, lets up its speed, and give it some of those nifty spells Terra’s had! To do these, we need to know that the 1st enchantment costs the base price of the construct. The 2nd one costs twice as much and the third costs three times as much and so on. Speed to 30 is 800 gp Dexterity (+4) is 1600 gp Ok so now or Magitek looks like this: Magitek Armor Huge Construct HD 8d10 (90) Inititive: +0 Spd: 30 ft AC: 13 (-2 Size, +5 natural) Attacks: Slam +15 Damage: 2d6+16 Face/Reach: 10 ft x 20 ft/10ft or 10 ft x 10ft/15 ft Special Attacks: None Special Qualities: Construct Saves: Fort: +2, Ref: +3, Will: -3 Abilitites: Str: 32, Dex: 10, Con: -, Int: -, Wis: 1, Cha: 1 Not bad at all. But we still need those abilities. Well constructs can only emulate 4th or lower. So we will need to see what we can do … A Breath Weapon costs 250 gp x of uses per day. And a 4th or lower spell costs 50gp x caster level x spell level x of uses per day. So she had Fire, Confusion, Ice, Poison and Electricty that could be aimed at a group. Sounds like Breath Weapons to me. Fire (3x/day): 750 gp Ice (3x/day): 750 gp Electricity (3x/day): 750 gp Poison (3x/day): 750 gp Confusion (3x/day): 750 gp Magitek Missiles (5x/day): 1750 gp So now, the Magitek Armor looks like this: Magitek Armor Huge Construct HD 8d10 (90) Inititive: +0 Spd: 30 ft AC: 13 (-2 Size, +5 natural) Attacks: Slam +15 Damage: 2d6+16 Face/Reach: 10 ft x 20 ft/10ft or 10 ft x 10ft/15 ft Special Attacks: Fire Breath Weapon (DC 14, 3x/day), Ice Breath Weapon (DC 14, 3x/day), Electricity Breath Weapon (DC 14, 3x/day), Poison Breath Weapon (DC 14, 3x/day), Confusion Breath Weapon (DC 14, 3x/day), Tek Missiles (5d4+5, 5x/day) Special Qualities: Construct Saves: Fort: +2, Ref: +3, Will: -3 Abilitites: Str: 32, Dex: 10, Con: -, Int: -, Wis: 1, Cha: 1 And the costs?? Well lets add them up … 800 gp – Base Cost 160 gp x 10 = 1600 gp (Per Hardness Point) Speed to 30 is 800 gp Dexterity (+4) is 1600 gp Fire (3x/day): 750 gp Ice (3x/day): 750 gp Electricity (3x/day): 750 gp Poison (3x/day): 750 gp Confusion (3x/day): 750 gp Magitek Missiles (5x/day): 1750 gp TOTAL: 10,300 gp There you go and you have your Magitek Armor that Terra used for the Empire.
