Plus I know Blackshirt knows why I tend to minmax (I don't even try). The first gaming group I was involved in was very munchkin and cutthroat. If you didn't get good stats or had something unique about you, you were as good as dead. And in previous campagnes with Blackshirt I did have some decent characters that weren't minmaxed. Matter a fact, that was the only campagne we did that didn't end after 2 sessions. And Rob, I'm sorry I offended ya. If I'm being an ass don't hessitate to tell me outright. I don't take offence to people who speak their minds. And just so everyone knows, everyone else but me and Ancaru decided to work their stats via point buy. We rolled. I just happened to roll good stats: lowest was 12, highest was 18. So of course I'm gonna put 18 in INT with an Akashic. Oh and Rob, double check my character sheet because my main focusing Knowlege is History with 3 ranks in it. I do have 1 rank in religon, nature, and magic because Rob suggested them. I'm following History & Magic as my primary knowlege skills. And I'm gonna stick with Akashic all the way to my character's demise. And for those that don't know, Akashics aren't always the steriotypical loremasters. Many are spies and Jacks of All Trades as stated in the book. And with the whole Exalted deal, I always play lunars. I like shapeshifters and find them both fun & intersting to play. And when everyone decided to play Solars I did talk with Blackshirt about playing a Night cast instead of a Lunar, but he said he liked my back story for my Lunar and said I should play it. And all because my character is a spellcaster, spellcasting lunars are very shamanistic, doesn't mean I should have to play the role of a priest. Plus I don't have a copy of Exalted to learn the rules of how magic works so of course my initial setup was flawed. And I am putting more into my character personality wise so he begins following his father's path in life as a historian of sorts. Although he seems secretive about his abilities, its really because he doesn't know what he's fully capable of and doesn't want to jump ahead of himself.</blockquote>
