One Shot Vampire scenarios

First Post
Hi,

OK, now I've posted this request on the V:tR forums and it sank like a kitten in the canal. Basically I need some inspiration for short, i.e. 5 hour game length scenaios for Vampire: The Requiem. I realise a lot of readers here do not have the book, that does not matter. I will fill in the fluffy bits if you can give me the spark. I need a few ideas only really maybe 2 sessions a day for 3 days max (that would mean we do nothing else at Gencon UK!) I have 2 storylines fully prepared but they are already covering about 6 weeks of gaming! damn my inability to write short one shots!!!

I had one good offering from the WW boards then the thread was ignored, I think over there they prefer to slag off the game without having even played it than help those that have fell in love with the ruleset TBH.

My players come from a Living Greyhawk and Forgotten Realms background as far as D&D goes. They have also played Cthulhu, Witchcraft, Crimson Empire, Vampire, etc... in the past so they know about the game world. For those of you that don't know already when reading through new WOD rules its hard not to think Cthulhu would be great using these! The flavour of Vampire: the Requiem is pretty different from V:tM but its still a vampire/supernatural setting when it comes to the crunch.

Please help me... please :)

A band of Bruja ride into town and make trouble. The PCs are recruited by the Sheriff to stop them. If you want, replace "Bruja" with "Belial's Brood."

Someone sends one of the PCs a letter. All that's on the letter is the Roman Numeral "VII." Who is making such a threat against the PC's existance? Is it actually a member of VII, or is it a rival vamp trying to psyche him/her out?

In the woods outside of town, a member of the Circle of the Crone has set up a cult for mortals. Unfortunately, she has threatened the Masquerade. Will the PCs stop her, or join forces with her?

Someone has been offing young Kindred. It appears to be a highly religious hunter. Is it really so straightforward, or do the PCs have an overzealous Lancae Sanctum member in town? Obviously works best if the hunter comes after one (or more) of the PCs.

Through the power of the blood, one of the PCs gets a vision of his sire being diablerized. Can the PCs discover who did the deed? When they do, will they take revenge, use it as an opportunity for a little diablerie themselves, or make a new ally out of the diablerist?

Thanks a lot man. I've been writing today fleshing out a story around a few interwoven ideas and a crazy vampire hunter from inspiration on the WW forum.

You've given me a lot to work with for more one offs that may get interwoven, I hope to do these ideas justice. I'm trying to come up with a setting for London while writing my stories too. I kinda have VII being controlled by Werewolves or at least involving werewolves in some way. This goes back to a discussion about the film Underworld over at WW. The piece of skin taken from Lucian's arm in the film bears the roman numeral VII.

Thank you once again Nightchilde-2. Any more for any more?
