online npc generator

is there a good 3rd edition npc generator online anywhere? I want to say, give me a 3rd level barbarian, and have it spit one out. I've searched my brains out, and found zilch.

This is probably the one most would recommend. Please bear in mind that it is 3.0 rather than 3.5, which may or may not be problematic for you.

The other problem is that it doesn't generate equipment. Other than that, it's great for on-the-spot creation. Good luck.

I can vouch for this one:

It gives gear, spells prepared, spells in spellbook, and it does not choose feats, stats etc. as randomly as other generators, but more intelligently (with still a chance for some "odd" choices to spice things up. You can also choose how the stats will be placed f.e. if you want a fighter with his best stat in dex, follwed by Int.

Yeah, I'd have to ditto the one Fenes 2 mentioned. It far outstrips the Jamis Buck one by now.
