A <a href="http://www.enworld.org/forum/living-eberron/176998-complete-psionic-githzerai-racial-class-aproved.html" target="_blank">post over in Living Eberron</a> has the skinny on this, but basically you'll start with:</p><p></p><p>+2 Dexterity, -2 Intelligence</p><p>Medium size</p><p>Base land speed 30 feet.</p><p>Darkvision out to 60 feet.</p><p>Automatic Languages: Common (Planar Trade), Gith. Bonus Languages: Abyssal, Celestial, Draconic, Slaad, Undercommon.</p><p>Favored Class: Monk.</p><p><strong>Naturally Psionic:</strong> At 1st level, githzerai gain 2 bonus power points. This benefit does not grant them the ability to manifest powers unless they gain that ability through another source, such as levels in a psionic class. Power points do allow a character to make use of psionic feats and attempt to gain psionic focus.</p><p><strong>Catfall:</strong> At 1st level, a githzerai gains the use of <em>catfall (EPH 82)</em> as a psi-like ability three times per day (manifester level equal to 1/2 Hit Dice, minimum 1st).</p><p></p><p>Plus whatever benefits you get from your starting class. If that works for you, you're totally welcome to take that and not advance any further in Githzerai stuff if you'd like, or you can take the racial class progression.</p><p></p><p>If you'd like more fluff information on the Githzerai, have a look at Chapter 2 of the <a href="http://www.planewalker.com/editorial-section/30/35-pscs" target="_blank">3.5 Planescape Campaign Setting</a>.
