It's pretty clear Thor has no idea about the world inside the rift. That makes it clear it's not something The Gods in general know about and were just withholding from Durkon.
I think Odin knows, but can't consciously perceive it. We now know Odin's eccentric behavior is because he was essentially poisoned by odd beliefs of the previous world and he's still recovering, but his speech in the Godsmoot seems to imply he understands the world in the rift "worlds within worlds" as he ramblingly put it. . .and the prophecy that lead to Durkon's exile was something he couldn't consciously explain, but still was able to do.
