Nice to see Hinjo's enlightened enough to realize that being a Paladin doesn't mean throwing one's life away in a futile battle against unwinnable odds.

Sometimes, it's more heroic to admit defeat and make a strategic withdrawl, the better to come back and hit the villains even harder.

Heh heh. It was a funny comic, and an interesting little digression about losing and retreating in RPGs.

Very good strip. Nothing monumental happened, but with the battle lasting so long there were enough earthshaking strips and it was time for an inbetweener. It's nice to see that Haley is very good in the leadership position and that Hinjo isn't the type of Paladin that carries his brain in his saya beside his katana.
