Am I really the first to post this link?! I checked the first three pages, back to about yesterday around 2 or 3pm, I think, but I could not find a post on this strip. In any case, the link follows below.

An interesting development strip. Not quite sure about who the cleric is, however. It reminds me of something, but the memory keeps slipping away from me.

I liked the touch of humor regarding encounter tables and some of their occasional rather stranger results.

The connection with the phrase "don't look a gift horse in the mouth" comes in this strip, where the Oracle's answer to her is a paraphrased version of the same idea, although in that case, it is referring to how Haley eventually got her voice back.

EDIT: After looking up that strip, it appears that the words in today's strip start immediately after the ones in the older strip are cut off by Roy.
