I kinda feel like, if I were playing in this situation, I and my fellow players would attack. Elan would defensively duel his father while Haley blended into the crowd of soldiers and sneak attacked him with arrows. Vampire Durkon would annihilate most mooks, and hopefully Belkar would use Roy's pincushion body as a human shield before advancing and playing Sexy Shoeless God of War II.
