14,952 different donor accounts donated to the Order of the Stick Funding Drive. Together the donations equaled $1,254,120. 2nd Kickstarter project all time to close with funding in excess of $1,000,000 (though another is coming soon). I am including the link to the final update here for anyone who is just curious.

Yes, I donated, too, and am looking forward to seeing what unfolds in the future for OOTS and Rich.

This is unbelievable. Considering Rich started asking for $57k and ended up with over a million, it's even more impressive than DoubleFine's numbers. That's over 21 times as much as he asked for.

The quote in the publisher's weekly comments really sums this up.

The reason he soared past a million bucks is not just because he has a product people want, but because he's the kind of guy who gets a million dollars and instead of buying a Lexus, immediately starts thinking how he can turn that into something for his fans that is WORTH a million bucks.

Wow, amazing. Good for Rich. I'm certainly looking forward to being able to buy some of the out of print books.

I participated!

It was really hard selecting a reward level at first, because I already had all the books. There was no way for me to get a Varsuuvius magnet, since that reward level filled up before I even found out about the Kickstarter (and $100 for 4 magnets was steep, even for me). Ultimately, I just took the Swag Pack with 2 sets of stuff, plus kicked in extra for the board game expansion and a patch.

I hope, some day, providence will provide an opportunity for me to get a V magnet without breaking the bank. I missed my chance at Gen Con last year since I pre-ordered the book (Snips, Snails & Dragon Tails) and had it delivered at home. IIRC, you had to buy the book at the convention to get the magnet and when I talked to them they indicated there was no other way for me to get it (grr...kind of sucks if you try to help out by pre-ordering).
