Open Grave - Another Omission?

So I've been thumbing through my Open Grave book. One of the main things I wanted from this book was have a zombie plague like the Caesar Romero movies. And I was happy to find the Infected Zombie Template and mention of how being infected is almost impossible to cure. But guess what? The template says that the zombie infects it's target with the plague (see below). Yeah, there is no further mention of this plague below or even above that entry.

Maybe I am I mistaken and missed the entry somehow but I find it amazing that something that is pretty much staple zombie canon to be forgotten. They must have had a mechanic in mind because they have the Kyuss disease there that does something simular.

I have to say it's things like this that trully disappoint me about 4e.

Plague, a book by XRP, has a zombie plague that is pretty nasty in it if you are looking for one.

I can't find it, either. I don't think you missed anything. Maybe an errata will include it?

Although I have to say Bruce Cordell's other big (similar) project - Castle Ravenloft - is chock FULL of omissions and errors that were never addressed, so there's certainly a precedent for leaving out valuable information. My favorite were the places in the book referring to the conclusion of the adventure - which there was none.

I have to say it's things like this that trully disappoint me about 4e.

So according to page 11 of Open Grave the disease may be called Zombie-Spawn Plague or just Zombie Plague

I scanned through the PDF and I found nothing.
There also isn't anything in the Compendium
