[QUOTE="Eternalknight, post: 1547987, member: 1075"] Dear All We at Emerald Press have always been keen to help out our fellow PDF publishers. Being a small publisher ourselves, we know how hard it can be to break into the market. Therefore, we have come up with an idea that we hope will give us all a bit more of the spotlight. The Emerald Night website was launched in March 2002 to provide free content to the role-playing community. It has undergone several incarnations since then, but it is the latest one we are excited about. We hope to re-launch the site soon with a bang, and for this we need your help. Our plan here at Emerald Press is to set the site up to promote ourselves as well as you and your company. The site will contain articles, reviews, previews, new rules and any thing else we can cram into it. What we need from you is the content for the site. Whether this is a preview of an upcoming product from yourself, an article written by one of your authors, a short adventure based in your campaign world, or a few new spells or feats you came up with, we will publish your material on the site. In return, we will promote you by providing a link to your website at the end of the article, as well as an advertisement somewhere in the article itself (probably by a banner ad). We will be aiming for at least one article per publisher per month, though this is not a necessity. This is an opportunity we hope you will consider. The Emerald Night site had received over 80,000 hits in the two years it was running, and was a popular site in its own right. Hopefully you will see this as a great opportunity to receive free publicity and hopefully a boost in sales. With the re-launch, we hope to capitalize on the name and the opportunity to promote the PDF industry, especially the smaller publishers and the often great content they produce (please note it is not just open to small publishers - anyone is welcome). If you are at all interested in this idea, please email us and we will provide you with more information. Sincerely, Shane Garvey & Todd Crapper, Owner and Publisher, Emerald Press.
