A group of armed men looking up as a man in orange and white flys over them tauntigly.</em> </p><p></p><p><em>Doc S-3: As you approach the periphery of the disaster, you see flames licking up past a 10ft high pile of rubble that blocks the street. Once you get particulary near, a police officer blocks your parth, "Sorry, mam, but you need to go back now, we have it all under control..." He doesn't seem to have convinced himself of that...</em> </p><p></p><p>OOC: Doc (assuming she gets through), Nagi, and Spyder will join the fight during the second full round.</p><p></p><p><em>Strongarm: Yes, mega has been filtering throughout the criminal element for months, leading to a change in the balance of power between the gangs and the police. Several officers, restricted to being phsyically human even as they show superhuman bravery have died in slum skirmishes as a result...</em> </p><p></p><p><em>Ghost: You litterally pass through dozens and dozens of buildings as you slowly 'ghost' your way to the site of the explosion. Many of the families you phase through seem unaware or apathetic to the carnage...if only...</em></p></blockquote><p></p>
