If he rules against it, basically Flyby Attack doesn't work.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Epic Expansion: Martial Mastery+Form Mastery means the build gains a mini-encounter nova of an extra use of Rain of Blows+Dance of the Stinging Hornet.
