orc's furious charge and granting advantage

Sorry if this is a silly question (or if not ok by the T&C), but I really don't understand when I read the orc's furious charge. It "grants advantage" in this case, but to whom? The orc or the person he attacked? Thanks.

Pretty sure it means to *anyone* attacking the orc.

Yeah, that's the feeling I got from it, and it makes sense in terms of the penalty the orc is at after making a big charge. Thanks dude
