Members are drawn from every where in the multiverse. The goal of the group seems to be gathering the most power possibl but to what end? When a canidate catches the eyes of the leaders and meets the feat, manifestation, skill, and Bab requirements a hunter is dispatched to test the canidates strength. If the Hunter wins he takes the canidates treasure (not the psi-crystal or other bonded items) as its prize, if the canidate wins he is taken by the leaders and in a starnge ceremony giver some of the life force of the other hunter resulting in an instant level (always the canidates first level as a hunter). Note the contest is almost always fatal.</p></blockquote><p></p>
