Well, I have a few comments, and I am sure others will have some also, but anyways, here goes nothing:
First, The CR's need to be increased.
Second, drop the alignment subtypes, as it is a dragon, not an outsider.
Third, the creatures climate/terrain is whack, I suggest you change it, as if ruins is it's only habitat it won't really be able to go anywhere
I suggest you change it to any mountains and underground or some such, something a little more 'normal' so to speak
