That email address is sabregamesandcards at gmail dot com.<ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">I've mentioned Spellburn and Battlescars before -- it's a neat, Marked by the Odd-inspired system with unpredictable magic -- and the publishers have just released the first issue of <a href="https://ghost-crew-press.itch.io/fl-1" target="_blank">Fleeting Luck</a>, their zine written to support S&B.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"><a href="https://eucatastrophic.itch.io/downrooted" target="_blank">Downrooted</a> is currently itchfunding. It's a depthcrawl for Cairn, featuring a town, the forest, and the dungeon. The publisher is raising funds to have it professionally edited with the goal of putting out a print edition.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">One of the current projects I'm really excited about is David Blandy's Islands of Weirdhope, the new expansion for ECO Mofos. Concurrently with the fundraising campaign there's a game jam on itch titled <a href="https://itch.io/jam/gizmos-titans-vaults-an-islands-of-weirdhope-game-jam" target="_blank">Gizmos!!Titans!!Vaults!!</a>, for Weirdhope.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Noseatbelts has released <a href="https://noseatbelts.itch.io/knotwood" target="_blank">The Reckoning of Knotwood Forest</a>, an adventure for Cairn 2e. It's a really nice looking product, and the cover design is pretty stunning, evoking this summer's Appendix N jam, with art by Perplexing Ruins.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">A new "bite-sized dungeon" by Dice Goblin Games is e<a href="https://dicegoblingames.itch.io/howling-halls-of-whisperstone" target="_blank">ntitled the Howling Halls of Whisperstone</a>, and is an attempt to write a compact, succinct adventure that can be run in a session or two.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">I will bend over backwards to promote first-time publishers, but there was no need to twist my arm here: Ethan Dunning has released <a href="https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/546423/the-giant-s-cottage?preview=1&affiliate_id=1775485" target="_blank">The Giant's Cottage</a>. Written for Old School Essentials, and inspired by The Black Wyrm of Brandonsford, this is a really solid release with delightful art.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"><a href="https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/546976/whispers-of-the-burrow-gods-preview?src=newest_recent&affiliate_id=253473" target="_blank">Whispers of the Burrow Gods</a>, by Mice of Legends, is a 30 page preview version. The author has released it seeking input and reviews for the full version. It's a mouse-sized and themed setting for use with their bespoke system or any other OSR-style game.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">David Okum has released <a href="https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/546720/starship-adventures-starter-pack-bundle?src=newest_recent&affiliate_id=253473" target="_blank">Starship Adventures Starter Pack</a>, a bundle of their three Starship Adventures books, written to Star Trek-inspired adventures, but with the Mork Borg engine.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"><a href="https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/544834/singularity?src=newest_recent&affiliate_id=253473" target="_blank">Singularity</a>, by Dank Games, is a two-page pamphlet adventure written for Mothership.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">I'm not familiar with Vigilance, but I just saw <a href="https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/546093/bad-eggs?src=newest_recent&affiliate_id=253473" target="_blank">Bad Eggs</a>, a release for that system, that is designed to generate villains and enemies, and it looks like it should be pretty easily adapted for use by other systems.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Kabuki Kaiser has released <a href="https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/540802/fly-me-to-the-moon?src=newest_recent&affiliate_id=253473" target="_blank">Fly Me to the Moon</a>, an intriguing lunar hexcrawl inspired by fantastical literature.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"><a href="https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/546119/basic-gishes-goblins-quick-start?src=newest_recent&affiliate_id=253473" target="_blank">Basic Gishes and Goblins Quickstart </a>is now live on Drivethru. It's a rules-lite, OSR-rpg that looks pretty neat.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Written for Old School Essentials,<a href="https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/544746/into-the-breaking?src=newest_recent&affiliate_id=253473" target="_blank"> Into the Breaking</a> is a setting specifically designed for use with a West Marches-style campaign.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Horseshark Games has released <a href="https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/545845/netcrawl-rpg?src=newest_recent&affiliate_id=253473" target="_blank">Netcrawl</a>, a cyberpunk game of hacking and virtual reality. They timed their release with a ton of other supplements, that you can find by checking out their publisher page.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Jeff Jones is raising funds for <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1580058713/garys-appendix-issue-9" target="_blank">Gary's Appendix #9</a>, this issue dealing with giants. The only thing giving me pause with this campaign are the custom dice on offer, but it looks like they're only available to US backers, which given the state of the world right now is a solid choice. Jones puts out some quality material, and this looks to be no different.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Troika! is one of my favorite small press games, and there's a 3rd party project for it funding on Kickstarter right now: <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/lampreyskink/the-venture-below-a-troika-adventure" target="_blank">The Venture Below</a> is an exploration of an abandoned metro system below the city.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">I somehow missed this, but the folks over at Wet Ink Studios are kickstarting a new printing of <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/wetinkgames/into-the-cess-and-citadel" target="_blank">Into the Cess and Citadel</a>. I'm glad to see this book back in print.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">I'm raising funds for <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/thirdkingdom/populated-hexes-monthly-issue-52" target="_blank">Issue 51 of Populated Hexes Monthly</a>; this issue delves into Catoptris, the realm behind reflections, and introduces new spells, magic items, monsters, and the echo warrior class.</li> </ul></blockquote>
