I have a Digi-Q, which is very similar... Digi-Q are a little different in battery life... they charge slower, but last longer. Also slightly better construction on the whole, I believe.
Alot of fun, on the whole. I keep it in my laptop bag for bored moments between classes.

I don't think you can buy them natively in America yet, but you can get a translated manual online.
