Message: <blockquote data-quote="Shard O'Glase" data-source="post: 692140" data-attributes="member: 1134">I know probably about 7 people who all have a story about a car type that never broke and how they'l only buy that from now on.  And how they have friends whoose cars break with regularity.  Some of the unbreakable cars have been american, some german, some japanese etc.  Many times you can find people with the same make and model who happened to have lots of problems with their car.  Moral of the story read various consumer report style things. decide which car best suits your needs, don't liit yourself to a certain countries cars becaue they all produce the same qualiy cars now, and hope you get the fluke car for your amke and model that is indestructible, and not the fluke car that sucks for that make and model.Also as a general rule the people with the "indestrucible" cars are the ones who uderstand car maintenence, the ones who have cars that break left and right either bought a suck model which every country produces(research is good) or doesn't maintain their car.  The yeah I change my oil every 20,000 mile type who wonder why their car is having problems.</blockquote>
