Its unbelievably beautiful under the water there. If you drink, stock up on alcohol there. Its REALLY cheap, so stock up on the stuff you drink or need to fill out your bar (there is an import limit, so make sure you know what it is before you buy more than you are allowed to bring home with you). Cuban cigars. I don't smoke them, but friends who do were really excited about them. I did that one night, just to see if it was true. Use the exercise rooms and classes on the cruise. They have lots of original album artwork and stuff there. If you're not a Deadhead, well, its just another Hard Rock Cafe. Wear sunscreen, and then add more just incase.
