I'm assuming that "Vendee" is Ferret's nickname for Vin Diesel, who is a confirmed gamer. Ferret has obviously managed to recruit Mr. Diesel into his campaign. Unfortunately, "Vendee" is a very busy man whose acting career keeps him travelling around the world. Whenever his hectic schedule loosens up enough for him to get in a rousing D&D session, he sends out a private helicopter to pick up Ferret and the rest of the gaming group. I have no doubt that Ferret is, at this very moment, running Vin and the rest of the party through a masterful adventure. I just hope he isn't using any really big words.

why's everyone assume that people like Vin Diesel are inherantly stupid. He seems to be a little bit more sucessful than you, and he dropped out of High School, must burn a lil' bit don't it....

searchs on google for vendee seem to keep coming up with webpages in a language I can not read (French, I think) :)

Edit: Two of the pages I can vaguley make out seem to reference a city/town of Vendee. Another one refers to a sailing (around the world?) competition.

Actually, he's being locked into a vending machine. In Ferret's home town, people compete to see who gets to hide in the machine and hand out sodas. It's a very prestigious position.

Scares the hell outta the tourists, though.

Okay, here's the boring fact:
The Vendée is a region in central France. I believe it's a rather forrested area. Oh, and it was the center for royalist resistance during the French revolution.
