Here's my situation.I'm second semester Freshman in Undergrad. I have horrible vision, so I cannot drive at all. I recieve some cash from the Government, who pays my tuition also. My Major, for the moment, is Psychology.I will be spending a semester of Junior year in England, but where, I have no idea. I would also like to spend Gradschool in another state (Maybe even take my Doctorate, if I go for it, in a third school). I'm also contemplating spending another Semester abroad somewhere in the States, maybe.My question, Enworld, is Where should I go? Not spesificly school wise, but state-wise (Or in England's case, City wise). I'm looking for somewhere that has a low to medium temperature (Not above 80 degrees most of the time; I like cool weather). Somewhere that is very Urban; Good public transportation, somewhere you can walk around on the streets to get places, instead of driving everywhere. And somewhere that isn't expensive to the hilt; I only get so much from the Govt. monthly. Though, I will likely live on Campus, if I have to.So... Where are any good places?
