As far as my secrets? Basically, at about number three, I had to begin making decisions as to what was really important in my life - what really brought me happiness, joy, and a sense of completion. As such, I rarely watch TV at ALL anymore - I don't even have cable, in fact, so little do I watch TV. I spend all of my free time (when I am not working) spending time and playing with the kids and the missus, reading, writing, gardening, hiking, and cooking - all of those things make me happy, so that's what I focus my energies on. I do not see the point in wasting precious time (because when you have five kids, EVERY moment is precious) on crap that is not doing me any good...</p><p></p><p>Also, forget about sleep - those days are gone. Get a schedule, stick to it, and multi-task in EVERYTHING you do. That about sums it up, I guess.
